Managing a press is simple. It is possible to press grapes or even ground mash. Charging the presses can be executed either manually or by a conveyor. After filling, the entire compression process is automated. It takes place according to the stages described in the program you choose. Grape juice flows to the collection tray from where it is directed to the wine container by falling free or through the pump. After completing the pressing, the press empties the grape skin into the collection tray.
